The lawyer’s independence implies tools and means to achieve excellence in its profession. This independence is a deontological principle of the lawyer, which gives him a certain respect with respect to the client and company.
Lawyers may practice their profession in two ways, either individually or collectively. When a lawyer practices individually, he/she may practice on his/her own account or on behalf of others.
